Delivery FAQ

What is the cut-off time of orders?

All orders placed beyond 2:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time) will be processed the following day.

Your order will be shipped/delivered within the lead time.

Delivery lead-time: 3 to 5 business days upon acknowledgement of payment.

Do you offer urgent deliveries?

We have same day delivery for orders in Davao City area.

What if my product was damaged during transit?

Please contact us immediately in that scenario so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

What happens if a package is lost during transit?

In the event the package is lost during transit, a case is opened with the shipping carrier and after a resolution we can send out replacement or issue a refund. No refunds will be issued prior to that.

Can I pick up my order in your Office?

Yes, we do offer local pick up during our Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Do you ship internationally?

Do you ship to provincial areas?

Yes, we do. We ship nationwide in the Philippines. Pls allow up to a week for your order to arrive.
